    • PURPOSE: A circuit module and a battery pack including the same are provided to reduce the size of a protection circuit module by using a pattern resistor with conductive materials to comprise a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A pattern resistor(110) includes an alloy of nickel and copper. A temperature sensor(120) is arranged near the pattern resistor and detects a temperature of the pattern resistor. The temperature detected by the temperature sensor is outputted to a current detecting unit(130).
