    • PURPOSE: An antibody specifically binding to advanced glycation end products(AGEs) and a kit for the diagnosis of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies(TSEs) containing the same are provided, thereby rapidly and accurately diagnosing transmissible spongiform encephalopathies(TSEs) in mammals. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing advanced glycation end products(AGEs) comprises unenzymatically glycation of 2 to 15 consecutive peptides in the N-terminal of prion protein with sugar at 30 to 40 deg. C for 90 to 120 days, wherein the sugar is selected from glucose, fructose and glucose-6-phosphate; the N-terminal region of the prion protein is selected from the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO; 9, SEQ ID NO: 10 and SEQ ID NO: 11; and the peptide of the N-terminal region is selected from lysine and arginine, tryptophane and asparagine, and arginine and proline. An anti-AGEs antibody specifically binding to advanced glycation end products(AGEs) specifically present in the N-terminal of the prion protein is provided.

    • 본 발명은 개선된 초음파 장비를 이용한 전염성해면상뇌증(일명; 프리온 질환)의 극미량 진단법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는 개선된 초음파 장비에 전기를 인가함으로써 극미량의 병원성 프리온 단백질을 증폭하여 검출능력을 향상시킨 것이다. 본 발명의 초음파 장비는 기존 PMCA(Protein misfolding cyclic amplification) 기능을 향상시켜 병원성 프리온 단백질의 증폭을 향상시켰고, 뿐만 아니라, 공동현상(cavitation)을 증가시키기 위하여 유리 재질의 바이알 및 혼 상부 단면을 곡면으로 개조하여 기존 PMCA 조건보다 더욱 극미량 검출이 가능함을 확인하였다.

    • PURPOSE: An inspection pretreatment method and inspection pretreatment system of bovine spongiform encephalopathy are provided, thereby quickly and accurately detecting a pathogenic prion protein, sufficiently handling the inspection objects even if a large amount of specimens are present, and being preferable in health control and are high in safety. CONSTITUTION: The inspection pretreatment method of bovine spongiform encephalopathy comprises the steps of: homogenizing cells of a parent specimen; dispensing a predetermined amount of the homogenized parent specimen so as not to include any solid, thereby preparing a child specimen; decomposing protein with regard to the child specimen; heating the child specimen in which protein is decomposed at a first predetermined temperature to incubate; adding a reagent B for coloring blue the incubated child specimen; performing a centrifugal separation treatment on the blued child specimen and discarding/disposing a supernatant liquid; condensing the child specimen from which a supernatant liquid is discarded/disposed; heating the condensed child specimen at a second predetermined temperature which is higher than the first predetermined temperature to incubate; diluting the incubated child specimen; and dispensing and adsorbing a predetermined amount of child specimen to a well of a micro-titer plate and preparing a sample for inspection for detection of pathogenic prion protein.
