    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling vibration of a strip in a continuous hot dip galvanizing line are provided which distribute a uniformed zinc plating amount on the surface of the strip by minimizing vibration of the strip passing through the line, and improve quality and reliability of products by uniformly alloying the strip in an alloying heating furnace. CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling vibration of a strip in a continuous hot dip galvanizing line comprises the steps of detecting position variations and tension variations of a galvanized steel sheet(1) by vibration using sensors; and correcting errors for the position and tension variations of the steel sheet using a control device(8) by obtaining errors of a control system from the detected variations. The apparatus for controlling vibration of a strip in a continuous hot dip galvanizing line comprises a tension sensor(12) and a position sensor(14) detecting tension and position variations of a galvanized steel sheet(1) vertically transferred; a vibration controller(16) outputting control signals required in correction after obtaining an error summing up the variation signals by receiving variation signals detected from the tension sensor(12) and the position sensor(14); a servo valve(18) outputting pressures into signals required for controlling by receiving control signals outputted by the vibration controller(16); and a hydraulic cylinder(20) controlling variation of a galvanized steel sheet(1) by position adjustment of a contact roll(10) after converting a pressure energy of an operating oil into a mechanical energy by receiving output signals received from the servo valve(18).

    • A method of extracting abnormal sound components from a sound is provided to make noise removable or make only abnormal sound extractable by extracting abnormal sound or removing noise individually from the steady component, white noise and non-steady component having non-steady property. A method of extracting abnormal sound components from a sound comprises the steps of inputting NG signal and OK signal, the NG signal containing an abnormal sound and the OK signal not containing the abnormal sound and containing noise that is contained in the NG signal, separating the NG signal and the OK signal each into a steady component having steady property, white noise and a non-steady component having non-steady property(2,3), and extracting abnormal sound or removing noise individually from the steady component, white noise and non-steady component having non-steady property(4,5).
