    • PURPOSE: A water level sensor is provided to detect a water level by appropriately adjusting gravity on a float and a weight inside the float and a buoyancy of water. CONSTITUTION: A water level sensor(30) contains a main body(20), a float(24), a light emission portion(26), a light receiving portion(27) and a water level display portion(28). The main body is arranged in the upper part of a water tank(10). A certain space is formed inside the main body. The float moves upward and downward according to a water level by combining with the inside of the main body through a combining member(25) and inserting in a through-hole(14). A shading plate(24a) is formed in the upper part of the float. The light emission portion irradiates light by arranging inside the main body. The light receiving portion receives the light from the light emission portion by arranging in the other side of the main body. The water level display portion displays the received light amount in the light receiving portion as the water level according to the movement of the shading plate. The water level display portion is arranged in the outside of the main body. Thereby, the reliability of the displayed water level is increased by stably moving the float and preventing the movement of the float by the surface tension of water.
    • 目的:提供水位传感器,通过适当调节浮子上的重力和浮子内的重量以及水的浮力来检测水位。 构成:水位传感器(30)包含主体(20),浮子(24),发光部分(26),光接收部分(27)和水位显示部分(28)。 主体设置在水箱(10)的上部。 在主体内形成一定的空间。 通过组合构件(25)与主体的内部组合并且插入通孔(14)中,浮子根据水位上下移动。 在浮子的上部形成遮光板(24a)。 发光部通过配置在主体内而照射光。 光接收部通过在主体的另一侧布置而接收来自发光部的光。 水位显示部根据遮光板的移动将受光部的受光量显示为水位。 水位显示部配置在主体的外侧。 因此,通过稳定地移动浮子并防止浮体由于水的表面张力而移动,提高了显示水位的可靠性。

    • PURPOSE: A fuel gauging apparatus is provided to achieve improved reliability for measurement result by gauging the residual amount of fuel in an accurate manner. CONSTITUTION: A float(37) includes two pinion gears(35) which are engaged with a rack gear(33) installed in a vertical direction within a fuel tank(31), and a luminous device(39) mounted to the float. A guide groove plate(41) is installed, through a bolt, in a vertical direction within a fuel tank, and a light receiver(43) is arranged next to the guide groove plate. The optical signal input to the light receiver is received at an electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit calculates the residual amount of fuel and displays the calculated residual amount of fuel onto a display device of an instrument panel of a motor vehicle, through a resistance detection unit. The float is lifted along the rack gear by a buoyant force, and the light emitted from the luminous device mounted to the float is received at the light receiver through a groove(42) formed at the guide groove plate.
