    • PURPOSE: A device using the measurement of a head difference between a pair of head measuring members for measuring the perpendicularity of a steel pipe pile with a large diameter and a method using the same for measuring the perpendicularity of the steel pipe pile with a large diameter are provided to measure the perpendicularity of the steel pipe pile easily. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the perpendicularity of a steel pipe pile (1) comprises a pair of head measuring members (10), a measuring solution connection-supply pipe, a level measuring solution, and a pair of joining jig members (30). The head measuring members are arranged respectively and perpendicularly in the uppermost part of the steel pipe pile. The measuring solution connection-supply pipe connects the pair of head measuring members so that the pair of head measuring members is mutually communicated. The level measuring solution is contained in the measuring solution connection-supply pipe and the pair of head measuring members. The joining jig members are joined to the uppermost part of the steel pipe pile to be detachable so that the head measuring members are perpendicularly installed. A bearing is arranged on the inner surface of a material which is directly in contact with the uppermost part of the steel pipe pile so that the material is easily moved along the uppermost circumference of the steel pipe pile by rolling the bearing.

    • PURPOSE: A measuring device for a liquid height and a measuring method using thereof are provided to measure the height of liquid stored in a storage simply. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device for a liquid height(10) comprises a display pipe(30) and a connection pipe(40). The display pipe installed outside of a storage(20) is arranged in a vertical direction to liquid(21) stored in the storage. The display pipe displays the height of the liquid stored in the storage by maintaining liquid existed inside with the liquid stored in the storage. One end of the connection pipe is connected with the display pipe, and the other end is submerged in the liquid stored in the storage. The connection pipe is located inside of the storage through an entrance of the storage for storing the liquid.

    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring the verticality of a large-diameter steel pile using differential head measurement are provided to read a change in a differential head of measurement liquid of the steel pile, thereby measuring the verticality of the large-diameter steel pile and determining the perpendicularity of the steel pile. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the verticality of a large-diameter steel pile using differential head measurement includes a plurality of pipe-shaped differential head measuring members (10), a measurement liquid connecting supply tube (20), and a joining jig member (30). The differential head measuring members are formed on multiple positions on an uppermost portion of a steel pile (1). The measurement liquid connecting supply tube connects the differential head measuring members and makes the differential head measuring members to be communicated to each other. A level measuring liquid is contained in the measurement liquid connecting supply tube and the differential head measuring members. The joining jig member is joined to the uppermost portion of the steel pile to be separated so that the differential head measuring members are perpendicularly installed. Each of the differential head measuring members reads a change in the level of the level measuring liquid filled in the differential head measuring members, thereby determining the perpendicularity of the steel pile.

    • A levelness and or vertically indicator using a laser beam is provided in which a laser beam emitted from a laser beam scanning mechanism (4) is converted to a laser beam line by using a cylindrical lens (145) or a polygonal rotary mirror and the laser beam line is used for indicating levelness and or vertically and a vertical point with the bear eyes by a calibration process for matching the laser beam line with a reference levelness line. The levelness and or vertically indicator includes a laser diode (50a) for emitting a laser beam, a laser beam converting and outputting unit for converting the received laser beam and outputting the converted laser beam, and a portion for providing a reference levelness so that the laser beam line output from the laser beam converting and outputting unit maintains the reference levelness. Also, the pendulum movement of a weight plumb (94) is stopped quickly due to magnetic resistance so that the real levelness and vertically and a vertical point are convenient are indicated by using a laser beam. Thus, the time and work amount needing for indicating levelness and or verticality is reduced. Further, when a an object to be worked on is huge, levelness and or verticaly can be effectively indicated.
