    • The present invention is adapted to solve a problem in which ammonium sulfate salt generated when unreacted ammonia (NH3 slip) and sulfur trioxide (SO3) are bonded to each other while Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) is used to eliminate nitrogen oxides contained in exhaust gas generated during combustion of a boiler is attached to a heat exchanger such as an Air Preheater (APH) installed at a rear end of the SCR to block a passage for the exhaust gas and increase an internal pressure of the boiler, making it difficult to operate the boiler or cause corrosion to the equipment. To this end, a dry ice cleaning apparatus is installed at a front end of an inlet of exhaust gas of an air preheater so that if a heat exchanger is blocked by ammonium sulfate salt, contaminants are eliminated by ejecting pellets, and high temperature vapor ejection equipment is installed at a cool end of the air preheater so that vapor is ejected in the same direction as that of air supplied to the boiler to eliminate contaminants more effectively. In addition, in order to effectively prevent a blocking phenomenon which may be generated at a cool end of the air preheater, dry ice is ejected not only to a front end of an exhaust gas inlet of the preheater but also to a front end of an air inlet of the boiler which is an opposite side thereof to increase cleaning effect.
