    • PURPOSE: An actuator assembly is provided to prevent overload during activating an actuator and control opening and closing a shutter with a cam, a hook, and a spring. CONSTITUTION: An actuator assembly comprises an upper case(100), a lower case(110), an actuator(160), and a shutter(120). The cam is formed in one inner side of the lower case, and connected to the rotary shaft of the shutter to open and close the shutter depending on rotational direction of the cam. Projections(T) and grooves(G) are repeatedly formed in 90° intervals to control activation of the actuator. In one radial side of the cam, a hook(130), flowing according to the rotational direction of the cam, is rotatably installed on a hook shaft. One end of the hook is contacted with the projections and the grooves by turns depending on the rotation of the cam, and the other end thereof is joined to a spring(140). A touch unit is projected from the middle of the hook length. A micro-switch(150) is installed in the upper part of the cam and allow to stop activation of the actuator according to contact with the touch unit.

    • PURPOSE: A noise-reduction type air vent is provided to reduce operating noise by shortening the distance between hitting points of an operating bar. CONSTITUTION: A noise-reduction type air vent comprises a first wing member(20), a wing knob(30), a second wing member(40), and a stopper unit(50). The first wing member is installed and moved up and down inside a duct. The wing knob is installed and slid on the first wing member and formed with an operating bar on the rear side thereof. The second wing member has top and bottom support ribs with hinge shafts in which the operating bar is inserted and moved from side to side by the sliding motion of the wing knob. The stopper unit is formed in the support ribs adjacent to the hinge shafts in order to reduce the distance between the hitting points of the operating bar while moving up and down.
