The water jacket is formed between the lower combustion chamber and the upper combustion chamber and water is supplied inside. The heat exchanging pipe traverses the water jacket, connects the lower combustion chamber and the upper combustion chamber, and moves thermal energy. The rotary discharging member is interlocked with a motor, rotates around the center of a bottom surface of the lower combustion chamber, sweeps ashes piled on the bottom surface of the lower combustion chamber to a discharge hole.

    • An auto coal boiler is provided to maximize the efficiency of a boiler by inducing a complete combustion due to the effective supply of the blowing while executing a continuous combustion via a combustion unit. An auto coal boiler comprises a body(100), a combustion unit(200), a blowing unit, a carbonaceous discharging unit(400), and a carbonaceous receiving unit. The body is composed of a hopper(130) for supplying the coal to have a receiving chamber(120) for having a discharging unit discharged to a flue(140) by passing the heating source at the upper part of a combustion chamber(110) formed on the lower part. The combustion unit executes the combustion function of the coal supplied from the hopper on a furnace block(220) installed continuously at a chain conveyer(210) driven at the predetermined transmission speed at the combustion chamber. The blowing unit is installed at the positions of the furnace block with a blowing dividing unit at a duct connected to a blower placed at outer one side of the body. The carbonaceous discharging unit transmits the carbon ash to the one side of a space unit by a transmission screw mounted on a carbonaceous passage(420) which is flowed by the carbon ash burned at the lower transmission direction of a chain conveyer. The carbonaceous receiving unit discharges the carbon ash collected to one side of the space unit by the carbonaceous discharging unit to be received via each basket positioned at the predetermined intervals of the chain conveyer to a discharging port positioned at the upper part.

The endless track unit is arranged in a combustion chamber(10), and has a coal mounting portion(21) which rotates by a driving motor(26). The high speed blower supplies outdoor air to improve combustion rate of coal being burnt on the coal mounting portion. The heat exchange unit has a plurality of heat exchange pipes(56) heated by heat of coal in the combustion chamber. The heat absorbing plate and the heat emitting plate have cleaning ports(63,64) formed between layers of heat exchange pipes so as to collect coal ashes. The sensor unit includes a hot plate temperature sensor(59), a water temperature sensor(57), and a water level sensor(55) for measuring the level of water supplied in the heat exchange unit. The main controller has a signal processor for processing signals from the sensor unit. The main controller controls each unit in accordance with the signals processed by the signal processor.

The rotary shaft penetrates through the center of the fuel inflow chamber, the ignition chamber, and the combustion chamber. The screw blades are installed in the rotary shaft of the combustion chamber section. The heat exchanger is installed above the ignition chamber and the combustion chamber. The heat exchanger exchanges heat generating in the ignition chamber and the combustion chamber.
