    • An LED module according to the present invention includes: a resin layer; a circuit which is formed on the substrate of the resin layer and is made of copper; and an LED device which is mounted on the circuit and emits light by a power source; a back copper foil which is integrated with the back side of the resin layer with the circuit and has the same shape and area as the resin layer. The resin layer is bonded to the circuit or the back copper foil by a ceramic adhesive which is formed by mixing 15 to 40w% of ceramic powder with 60 to 85w% of epoxy bonding resins. A method for manufacturing the LED comprises: a circuit pattern printing step of printing a circuit pattern on the copper foil surface of the resin layer with a silk screen using UV curable ink; an etching step of forming the circuit on the surface of the copper foil on which the circuit pattern is printed; a washing step of removing the UV curable ink and finely processing the surface of the circuit; a mask ink coating step of coating the circuit except the LED device and soldering parts and the surface of the substrate with the circuit with the UV curable ink; a flux coating step of coating the surface which is coated with the mask ink with flux coating materials to prevent the oxidation of the circuit even though the circuit is exposed to the air; and an LED device mounting step of mounting the LED device on the circuit by soldering. The oxidation is prevented by preventing the circuit from being exposed to the air and the resin layer which is located on the lower side of the LED device is not burnt due to heat from the LED device. Etchants are saved and the circuit is cleaned and finely processed at the same time.
