    • PURPOSE: A flange refrigerating structure is provided to prevent steam leakage due to the reduction of the strength fastening a bolt by efficiently refrigerating a flange connected via a bolt. CONSTITUTION: An upper casing(10) and a lower casing(11) are connected with flanges(12,13) fixed and connected via a bolt for airtightly sealing a steam turbine. A pipe(20) is fixed with the flanges while contacting to the circumferences of the flanges, and a side insulating material(15a) is fitted in the pipe. Respective pipes are placed corresponding to respective bolts, or many pipes are placed corresponding to respective bolts(14). The flanges are heated by the inside high temperature steam, and surrounding air(30) is induced into the pipe from the lower end by the natural convection. With the surrounding air, the flanges and the bolts are refrigerated. Therefore, the fastening strength of the bolt is maintained and leakage of steam is prevented.

    • The present invention relates a heat insulation type double pipe faucet member in piping for a double pipe. The faucet member in a curved pipe shape comprises a faucet connection unit whose an tip end is coupled to a faucet; a conduit body whose the lower part is a pipe connection unit connected with a pipe and whose a curved lower body is connected with the faucet connection unit through the pipe connection unit; and a housing which has a space of a predetermined gap from the upper side of the curved lower body to the upper side of the pipe connection unit. An insulating material is embedded in the space. The case has a receiving space part with a sufficient area and accommodates a rotary radius including the length of the space of the faucet member which is embedded and fixed through an opening of the tip end; and a connector to which a CD pipe on the lower side is coupled. The receiving space part between the body of the faucet member and the inner circumference of the case is filled with a filing and heat insulating material to obtain a double pipe faucet member. The double pipe faucet is buried on a wall.
