CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing friction of a fan shaft includes a bearing part mounted with magnetic elements of which polarities are facing to the same polarities of a contact part between a shaft and a hub, wherein an inner magnetic element is mounted on the shaft and has a wedge type section, an outer magnetic element(21) is mounted on the hub and has a wedge type groove, and the inner magnetic element(22) is mounted with an E-ring(30) around a wide end part.

    • PURPOSE: A rotator with a permanent magnet bearing and a rotator assembling method are provided to easily assemble the rotator using the permanent magnet bearing. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling a rotator with a permanent magnet bearing is as follows. A plurality of permanent magnet rings(320) and a magnetic flux inducer(330) are alternately inserted into the outer side of an inner ring(340). A fixing ring is inserted into the outer side of the inner ring, thereby fixing the inner ring and the permanent magnet rings. A fixing shaft(310) is inserted into inside the inner ring. The plurality of permanent magnet rings is inserted so that magnetic poles thereof are resisted against the magnetic poles of the permanent magnet rings.

    • A rotation axis support is provided to attach permanent magnets to faces of the axis of rotation of a rotator and a housing, which face each other, such that the axis of rotation is located at the center of the housing to support the axis of rotation while the axis of the rotation and the housing do no contact with each other so as to improve vibration absorption efficiency. A rotation axis support includes a plurality of rotary magnets(1) composed of permanent magnets rotating with the axis of rotation(100), a plurality of external permanent magnets(2) placed in a magnet arrangement groove formed in a housing(4) surrounding the axis of rotation to support the rotary magnets, a distance controller(3) for controlling a distance between the inner sides of the external magnets and the rotary magnets, and electronic input terminals(31,32).
