    • PURPOSE: A power generation apparatus using wastewater is provided to generate power by rotating a wind turbine with the fallen wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A power generation apparatus comprises a water collecting tank (10), water level sensors (30,32), a wastewater pipe (28), a water pipe (36), and a power generator (16). The water collecting tank comprises a wastewater inlet (20) and a wastewater outlet (24). The water level sensors detect the wastewater level of the water collecting tank. The wastewater pipe is connected to the wastewater outlet of the water collecting tank. A main valve (26) is installed in the wastewater pipe. The water pipe is arranged in the downstream of the wastewater pipe. A nozzle (44) is arranged inside the upper part of the water pipe. A water turbine chamber (38) is integrated in the lateral side of the water pipe. A water turbine (14) is arranged inside the water turbine chamber. The power generator receives the rotation force of the water turbine through an electric belt (54) because an electric wheel (52) is mounted on a shaft (40) of the water turbine, thereby generating power.
