The cutter and body expansion diameter members are separately joined using bolts. A super slurry type propulsion method is performed by propelling a propulsion pipe with a size for corresponding to the expanded diameter of the shield tunneling machine to the rear side of the shield tunneling machine.

    • PURPOSE: A semi-shield type tunneling machine and a semi-shield type jacking method using the same are provided to recycle the surplus residual mud mixture which is discharged during a tunneling work, thereby effectively preventing generation of industrial waste. CONSTITUTION: A semi-shield type tunneling machine (100) comprises a cylindrical body (110), a cutter (120), multiple mud water spray nozzles, a stirring chamber, multiple bits, and multiple discharge slits. A cutter is rotatably installed on the front end of the body. The mud water spray nozzle is formed on the front side of the cutter, and sprays the manufactured mud water onto the excavated surface. The stirring chamber is formed on the front end of the body, and collects the mud mixture. The bits are installed on the rear side of the cutter, and extended to the inside of the stirring chamber. The discharge slits are arranged along the external circumferential surface of the stirring chamber, and discharge the mud mixture inside the stirring chamber in the radial direction.

      본 발명에 따르면, 세미쉴드 공법을 이용하여 지반 터널 굴착 시 추진관과 지반의 마찰저항을 최소화하기 위하여 토출되는 활재가 추진관의 후방에서 부터 추진관과 지반 사이의 공극을 통해 커터헤드가 설치된 전방으로 토출됨을 특징으로 한 세미쉴드머신의 활재 주입방법이 제공한다.
      그리고 세미쉴드머신과 추진장치의 사이에 연결되는 복수 개의 추진관과 지반의 사이 공극에 활재를 주입하기 위하여 설치되는 활재 주입장치에 있어서, 상기 추진관과 지반 사이의 공극을 기밀하게 유지시키기 위하여 작업구와 추진관의 사이에 설치되는 패킹부재의 외측에 활재가 주입되는 활재주입관이 설치됨을 특징으로 한 세미쉴드머신의 활재 주입장치가 제공한다.
