摘要： PURPOSE: A window opening and closing device is provided to improve the operational stability for opening and closing a window and facilitate to construct by adopting a wire instead of a chain rope to draw the window. CONSTITUTION: A window opening-closing device comprises an electric motor, a winding reel(120), a wire, and a control unit. The winding reel winds the wire to open or close a window by a rotation force applied by the rotary shaft of an electric motor. The winding reel comprises a fixed shaft(121), a reel body(122), and a reel spring(123). The elastic force of the reel spring maintains the tensely wound state of the wire with respect to the reel body. A clutch unit is formed in between the rotary shaft and the winding reel to manually open and close the window.
