    • A door lock actuator of a vehicle is provided to reduce an assembly defect by reducing the impact due to the rotation in a locking/unlocking operation of a driving motor. A driving motor(110) is formed inside a case. A worm(120) is combined with the axis of rotation of the driving motor. A wheel(130) is engaged with the worm. A hitching protrusion(140) is protruded from the case and limits the rotation of the wheel. A switch is on/off according to the rotation of the wheel. An impact absorbing unit is formed in one side of the wheel to relieve the contact impact for the hitching protrusion. A cut part is formed in the wheel. The hitching protrusion is arranged in the rotation orbit of the wheel to maintain the contact sate with the rotating wheel. The impact absorbing unit includes a first impact absorbing unit and a second impact absorbing unit. The switch includes a push protrusion.

    • PURPOSE: A door lock system of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of elements in the door lock system by using a gear saw-toothed wheel for connecting a cam of the door lock system with a fixing lever. CONSTITUTION: An arc-shaped hole(30) is formed at an arm of an operating lever(20). A saw-toothed wheel(35) is formed at one side portion of the arc-shaped hole(30). The saw-toothed wheel is formed at a circumference side of a cam shaft(40). The saw-toothed wheel of the arc-shaped hole(30) is geared into the saw-toothed wheel of the cam shaft(40). The operating lever(20) connected with the fixing knob is rotated to a direction A and the cam shaft(40) is rotated by the saw-toothed wheel(35) when a driver operates a fixing knob of a door lock system. A door lock setup signal or a door lock release signal is inputted into an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) by the rotation of the cam shaft(40).
