    • PURPOSE: An improved boltless roof structure and a construction method thereof are provided to cut off heat because components, installed between an upper roof sheet and a base sheet, are separated from a frame. CONSTITUTION: An improved boltless roof structure comprises a C-shaped lower support(5), a base sheet(4), a Z-bar(6), a frame(30), a fixing member(40), an upper roof sheet(12), and sound absorbing and insulating materials(22,24). The C-shaped lower support reinforces the horizontal supporting force of a roof body. The base sheet is assembled on the top surface of the lower support. The Z-bar is fixed to the top of the base sheet using a screw bolt(26). The frame is fixed to the top surface of the Z-bar and has a coupling hole. The fixing member is inserted into the coupling hole of the frame and is protruded to the top of the frame. The upper roof sheet is formed on the top surface of the fixing member. The sound absorbing and insulating materials are formed between the base sheet and the upper roof sheet.
