CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a precast concrete arch tunnel having a hinge joint comprises the steps of: manufacturing a pair of side wall members(10), a ceiling member(20) and a hinge joint, and moving to a job site; coupling a play formation material(110), which form a space for rotating two joint surfaces smoothly, to a joint surface of the hinge joint formed on one of the side wall members or the ceiling member; applying a surface formation material(120) on a joint surface, which is not coupled with a play formation material, among the joint surface of the side wall members or the joint surface of the ceiling member; and putting the ceiling member on a pair of the side wall members and hardening the surface formation material in the corresponded shape to the play formation materials, and then removing the surplus surface formation material extruded to the outside of the hinge joint.

A rubber asphalt based tape(22) is attached to a wall of the concrete structure having the expansion joint member and the expansion joint zone.

      상기 신축 줄눈재는 신축홀에 연속적으로 삽입되는 띠 형상으로 단면 상단부에 상기 신축홀의 입구를 밀폐하여 외부로 부터 이물질 및 물이 신축홀 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 밀폐부가 형성되고, 단면 하단부에 상기 신축홀의 입구로 통해 내부로 용이하게 진입될 수 있도록 하는 진입경사부가 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물용 신축 줄눈재가 제공된다.
