CONSTITUTION: A device for sinking a riprap foundation to a sea bottom for constructing a harbor structure comprises a work vessel, a tamping cylinder, a drive plate(30), a ring-shaped tamping plate(40), and a tamping guide plate(50), and an underwater camera. The tamping cylinder is vertically positioned at the work vessel and ascends and descends the drive plate. The drive plate is installed inside the tamping guide plate and is driven by the tamping cylinder. The tamping plate tamps a riprap foundation. The tamping guide pipe guides the tamping motion of the tamping plate. The underwater camera is installed in the edge of the tamping guide plate.

The wheel includes the shaft arranged at the rear end thereof. The shaft is maintained to the loaded position at first legs(10), and to a transported position at second legs(11).

    • PURPOSE: A compact for hardening the ground is provided to enhance the efficiency of ground hardening and to minimize the vibration of a body by transmitting the rotational force of an eccentric cam of a hydraulic motor to a roller of a piston tube and by combining a support rod having a spring with an upper plate connected with the body and an excavating rod. CONSTITUTION: Excavating rods(1,1') of an excavator transmitting an applied load to a body(7) to harden a soft ground by a hardening piece(6) with a piston tube(12) elevating vertically in a lower cylinder(17) of the body are connected to fixing devices(2,2'). An upper plate(3) and the body are fixed by many support rods(9,9') supported by springs(8) while forming a shock absorbing place(10) between themselves. A hydraulic motor(4) installed in a portion of the body is actuated to pressurizes a rotary roller(11) axially installed in the piston tube by an eccentric cam(5) axially installed in the hydraulic motor and rotating corresponding to the eccentricity. The applied load of the excavator is transmitted to the body via the upper plate. The piston tube descends vertically in the lower cylinder and the hardening piece pressurizes the soft ground. The surface of the body descends along the ground hardened in a certain inner pressure.
