    • PURPOSE: An asphalt crack repair device is provided to more reliably repair a crack by increasing the emulsion injection depth and adhesion area on asphalt crack. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt crack repair device comprises a cart body(10), an engine(20), a driving shaft, a suction fan(40), a dust collector(50), a power generator(60), and an emulsion tank(70). The cart body comprises two rear wheels(11) and a control console(12). The engine is fixed to the upper front side of the cart body. The driving shaft is attached to the front lower side of the cart body. One end of the driving shaft is equipped with a first idle pulley connected through a belt to a first driving pulley while the other end is attached with a cutting blade(32) to cut the surface with the torque of the engine. A second driving pulley is fixed adjacent to the cutting blade in the driving shaft. The suction fan is fixed to the upper side of the cart body to draw in the dust produced in the cutting of the cutting edge. The dust collector is fixed adjacent to the suction fan to collect the dust drawn in through the suction fan. The power generator is fixed to the upper side of the cart body and rotated with the torque of the engine to generate electricity. The emulsion tank comprises a heater and a discharge pipe and discharges emulsion heated by the heater to fill the surface cut by the cutting blade.

    • The present invention relates to a device and a method for heating and mixing an asphalt road surface which heat the surface of aged asphalt using a thermal circulation type hot wind blower, cut the surface layer of the heated asphalt, and mix the asphalt which is cut. In the device for heating and mixing an asphalt road surface, a central heating part has an aggregate hopper on the upper front side, a screw motor on the rear side, and a perforated heating hole on the bottom side. The inside of the central heating part is divided by a collecting path partition wall such that a collecting path is formed on the upper side, a heating path is formed on the lower side, and thus a hot wind blower is installed on the front side of the lower heating path. The front side of the collecting path in connection with the rear side of the heating path is connected with a spraying pipe which is installed in a U-shaped mixing part equipped with a mixing screw. The rear side of the spraying pipe is connected with a heat collecting pipe such that the hot wind blower on the front side is connected with the heat collecting pipe. A shock absorbing part is attached on one side to elastically support a support using a shock absorbing spring such that the side heating part with a perforated heating hole on the bottom side is connected with the central heating part through a hinge shaft. Therefore, heat remaining after the surface of a road is heated by a hot wind blower is collected, aged asphalt is mixed based on the collected heat, and the side heating part can be folded on a narrow road.
