    • PURPOSE: A shafting structure of a dual drum washing machine is provided to implement a simple structure which is fixed by using a spring washer and a C-ring in a connection structure of an outer shaft and an inner rotor rotating by an inner rotator of a dual motor, thereby saving material costs, preventing an abnormal noise and seeking the untied preventing effect due to the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A shafting structure of a dual motor comprises the followings: a hollow type outer shaft(81); an inner shaft(82) inserted inside the outer shaft; a driving motor(70) which is connected to a stator(71), and the inner shaft, connected to an outer rotor(72) rotating from an outside of the stator and the outer shaft, and including an inner rotor(73) rotating from the inside of the stator; and a spring washer(500) which is inserted into a connecting part of the outer shaft and the inner rotor. The inner shaft is inserted inside the hollow type outer shaft to be able to rotate. The outer shaft is connected to the inner rotor, and the inner shaft is connected to the outer rotor to be able to rotate.

    • PURPOSE: A washing machine and a drum assembling method of the washing machine are provided to improve washing performance of a washing machine by enabling a dimensional flow of a washing object moving inside the drum of the washing machine, and reducing the washing time by using two independently driving drums. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine comprises a cabinet(10) comprising an outer shape of a device corresponding to a main body. An inlet port(20) is opened or closed by a door rotatably fixed to the cabinet. In an accommodation space formed inside the cabinet, a cylinder tub(40) which stores the washing water, a main drum(50) installed inside the tub to be able to rotate and a washing object is inputted, and a sub drum(60) is equipped. On the rear part of the tub, a driving motor(70) for driving the main drum and the sub drum is equipped. The tub is a cylindrical configuration accommodating the main drum and the sub drum inside. The driving motor is a device generating the driving force for driving the main drum and the sub drum, and is mounted on a rear surface of the tub. The driving motor is comprised of a stator(71) which is fixed, an outer rotor(72) rotating in an outside of the stator, and an inner rotor(73) rotating in an inner side of the stator.

CONSTITUTION: A clutch removing device includes a base(100), a shattering part(200), and a sensing part(300). The base supports a plurality of parts and is moved according to the linear reciprocating motion. The shattering part is installed in one side of the base and applies an impact to the clutch of a washing machine. The shattering part includes a blow globe, a cylinder(220), a hitting plate(230), an influx unit(240), and an outlet part(250). A blow part moves along a straight line and generates kinetic energy. The cylinder includes the blow part inside. The outlet part flows out the gas or the fluid inside the cylinder. The sensing part senses whether the washing machine exists in the reciprocating movement direction of the shattering part. A control part controls the shattering part and the sensing part.

Compared to a three dimensional washing process, the general laundry process is rotated integrally without doing the relative motion of the main drum and the sub drum. The rinsing step refers to a step of supplying the rinsing water and removing the detergent remaining in the washing target. The dehydration step refers to a step of draining the rinsing water by the centrifugal force of the rotation of drum and dehydrating the washing target. The container arrangement step refers to a step separating the washing target from the main drum and the sub drum after completing the dehydration.
