    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for removing a nap is provided to effectively remove a nap generated from the washing during a serial washing process during a washing and a rinsing. CONSTITUTION: A water is supplied to a washing water level for washing. A washing process(50) is performed during rotating a washing tub forward and reversely by closing a valve of water supply. After fishing the washing process(50), the water is supplied to a rinsing water level by opening the valve of water supply after draining and dehydrating for removing a sewage generated at the washing. When the water supply is finished to the rinsing water level, a valve of water supply is closed and a general rinsing(51) is performed to rinse by rotating the motor forward and reversely for an optionally set time(t3). After the general rinsing(51), a rinsing of high-speed rotation(53) is performed to rinse by rotating the motor with a longer driving time and a higher rotating speed for an optionally set time(t4) for removing a nap generated at the rinsing. The washing is finished by performing a dehydrating process(54) by rotating the motor at high speed in one direction.

    • PURPOSE: A drum lift of a drum washing machine is provided to uniformly wash the laundry at a washing and a rinsing processes, to minimize a vibration, a noise and eccentricity, and to reduce the detecting number of eccentricity by closely locating the laundry in a rotating shaft at the dehydrating process. CONSTITUTION: A starting button is pushed after inputting the laundry into a drum(104) of a drum washing machine(101). A water supply is performed and a power is fed to a motor at the same time. The motor is rotated and a rotating shaft(103) is rotated by arriving the rotating force to the rotating shaft(103) with a pulley and a belt. Because the rotation of the rotating shaft(103) rotates the drum(104) forward and reversely, the laundry inside the drum(104) is washed. And the washing is performed by lifting and falling the laundry with many lifts(105) formed in the inner face of the drum(104). Because the lifts(105) are formed in the inside of the drum(104) with an inclined angle of 10-20degrees based on the rotating shaft(103), the falling angle of the laundry is differed when the drum(104) is moved reversely in a washing and a rinsing processes. Therefore, the laundry is uniformly washed and a noise and a vibration are minimized.

    • A semi-drying method of a washing machine is provided to enhance the degree of dryness of the laundry while minimizing crumples of the laundry after dehydration. A semi-drying method of a washing machine comprises the followings: a first step of putting the laundry in a wash tub and sensing the washing amount while the wash tub is agitated according to an on/off state of a motor(S10); a second step(S20); and a third step of executing a cycle of the second step several times(S30,S40,S50). The second step includes an agitating process in which entanglement of the laundry is disentangled while the wash tub is agitated if the washing amount is under a predetermined value(S22); a simple dehydrating process wherein the laundry is dehydrated primarily while the wash tub is rotated at speed lower than predetermined dehydration speed(S24); and a main dehydrating process wherein the laundry is dehydrated secondarily while the wash tub is rotated at the dehydration speed(S26). In the simple dehydrating process, stroke time is gradually decreased as the cycle is executed several times.

    • PURPOSE: A device for transferring a power of a washing machine is provided to reduce a producing cost by applying the transferring device of power comprises of more simple structure and to effectively maintain the washing machine. CONSTITUTION: An elevating nut(450) is fallen downward by driving an elevating motor(470) at a washing. A second lower pulley(430) is moved downward together with the elevating nut(450) via an inserting groove of a rotating shaft(410) of a driving motor(400). A gap(G1) between a first upper pulley(350) and a first lower pulley(360) becomes narrow, and a gap(G2) between a second upper pulley(420). The second lower pulley(430) becomes wide by moving the first upper pulley(350) downward via an inserting groove of a washing shaft(300) with the tension of a V belt(150) and the elastic force of a supporting spring(330). Therefore, the rotating radius in the washing shaft(300) becomes large, and the rotating radius of the rotating shaft(410) of the driving motor(400) becomes narrow. A washing process is performed by rotating the washing shaft(300) about 400rpm when the driving motor(400) is rotated about 800rpm in the state as the rotating radius of the washing shaft(300) is two times of the rotating radius of the rotating shaft(410) of the driving motor(400).
