    • The present invention relates to a device for controlling the density of a sintered charging material and a sintering simulation method using the same. The present invention comprises a frame (20) including holder units (33, 37) fixing a sintering port (10) in which a mixed raw material (m) for sintering is charged; hydraulic members (43) which are connected to the holder units (33, 37) and which control the operation of the holder units (33, 37); vibrating members (45) which are installed on the holder units (33, 37) and which apply vibration to the sintering port (10); and a manipulation member (47) which fixes the sintering port (10) to the holder units (33, 37) and supplies power to at least one of the hydraulic members (43) and the vibrating member (45) to vibrate the sintering port (10). The present invention enables a simulation which controls the density of the mixed raw material for sintering charged in the sintering port, and can control the density of the mixed raw material for sintering within a range which the sintering productivity is improved.

    • The present invention relates to a separating type iron ore pellet manufacture simulator. According to the present invention, the separating type iron ore pellet manufacture simulator capable of simulating the manufacture of an iron ore pellet inserted into a furnace comprises a pellet pot for accommodating an assembled green pellet inside; an insulation pipe installed in the upper part of the pellet pot; a burner installed in the upper part of the insulation pipe; and a blower installed in the lower part of the pellet pot to transfer heat of the burner to the green pellet accommodated inside the pellet pot. According to the present invention, the separating type iron ore pellet manufacture simulator has the advantage of simulating the manufacture of the pellet at minimal cost, since a step for sintering a real pellet can be simply simulated by comprising the pellet pot for sintering the green pellet primary assembled, and the insulation pipe for indirectly applying heat generated from the burner to the green pellet accommodated in the pellet pot.
