    • Lubricant for extruding magnesium alloy is provided to reduce frictional pressure during the extrusion process so as to increase of extrusion speed, and reduce frictional heat so as to prevent of surface oxidation or crack by comprising base oil, friction inhibitor and additives for obtaining load resistance and releasing property. The lubricant is prepared by admixing: 50-94wt.% of organic compound as base oil; 5-40wt.% of metal soap as friction inhibitor; and 0.5-20wt.% of molybdenum disulfide and 0.01-5wt.% of boron nitride as additives for endowing load resistance and releasing property to the lubricant. The organic compound consists of silicon oil, the metal soap consists of lithium soap, and the additive consists of molybdenum disulfide and boron nitride. The lubricant is used to extrude magnesium alloy from an extrusion device(2) which is fabricated of a container(4), a cylinder part(6) and a piston part(8) fixed to rear of the cylinder part(6) to press a billet(b) fed into the cylinder part(6).

    • A thickener for the grease, a method for manufacturing the same, and the grease including the thickener are provided, which do not generate the gas harmful to the human body. The catalyst is the boric acid and/or the maleic anhydride. The metal source is more than one selected from the group consisting of barium, lithium, calcium, sodium, and aluminium. The dibasic acid is more than one selected from the group consisting of succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, the pimelic acid, suberic acid, azelic acid and sebacic acid. The fatty acid is more than one selected among laurine acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid. The castor oil is the hydroxystearic acid.
