    • The present invention relates to a horizontal reformer for making biomass waste into synthesis gas. The purpose of the present invention is to manufacture high-quality synthesis gas owing to the stability of the reaction temperature of a reformer tube (12) by realizing a structure such that the temperature of the reformer tube is kept at temperature of 1200 to 1250°C by compensating for the loss of heat from a heater tube (18) even if heat is exchanged by reduction reaction in the process of oxidation and reduction reaction in the reformer tube (12). To achieve the purpose, the horizontal reformer for making biomass waste into synthesis gas according to the present invention comprises: a pyrolysis gas generator (2); an oxygen tank (40) and a hydrogen tank (42); a reformer (6) for generating synthesis gas while connecting the pyrolysis gas generator (2) to the oxygen tank (40) and the hydrogen tank (42); and a synthesis gas capture tank (10) connected to the exit of the reformer (6). A reformer torch (14) with a plurality of pipelines is installed at the entrance of the reformer (6). Oxidation reaction and reduction reaction are generated while simultaneously gas sprayed from the reformer torch (14) moves horizontally as the reformer tube (12) is installed horizontally on the reformer (6). A heat-insulating material (24) is installed at the outer side of the reformer tube (12) and a heat radiator (8) is connected to the exit of the reformer tube (12).

    • 본발명은서로격리되지않은하나의공간에서산화반응과환원반응이분리되어일어나도록하는환원용버너및 이를이용한합성가스리사이클링시스템에관한것으로서, 연료공급공(210)과다수의산소공급공(220)이구비된환원용버너(200)를반응로(100)의벽체(101)에다수설치하여반응로의버너를구성하되환원용버너(200)의헤드(201) 선단에환원용버너(200)점화후 연료를산화시킬수 있는양보다적게공급되는산소를완전히없앨수 있도록버너깊이를충분한깊이로연소실(202)을구비하여연소실(202) 내부에서는산소의산화(연소)반응이충분히되게하고반응로(100) 내부에서는유입된산소가없고, 불완전연소한연료(C, C0, H2)와복사열과환원용버너내에서산화에의해발생된 H2O분자나 CO2분자가유입되면서 1200℃이상의고온으로가열된후에 H2O분자나 CO2분자에의한환원반응만이일어나게되어본 발명인서로격리되지않은하나의공간에서산화반응과환원반응이분리되어일어나도록하는환원용버너를얻을수 있다. 또한불완전연소로유입된합성가스(H2와 CO의혼합가스)는다시포집하여재사용하기때문에문제될게 없다. 그리고, 상기와같이깊이가깊은연소실(202)이헤드선단에구비된환원용버너(200)와반응로(100)로구성되는서로격리되지않은하나의공간에서산화반응과환원반응이분리되어일어나도록하는환원용버너외에, 혼합가스배출공(120)과연결된혼합가스회수라인(121)를통해포집된가스를냉각및 압축시키는냉각압축기(400); 냉각압축기(400)에서냉각압축된혼합가스를받아저장하였다가상기반응로(100)의환원용버너(200)로공급하는저장탱크(500); 산소공급공(220)으로산소를공급하는산소발생기(600);를구비하면반응로에서생성된합성가스를포집저장하였다가환원용버너에연료로공급하여재사용할수 있는합성가스리사이클링시스템을얻을수 있다.
