    • PURPOSE: A butyl sealant containing an inner core material and a sealant composition used in the butyl sealant are provided, to improve the adhesive strength for solving the problem of intervals due to the contraction of a main body. CONSTITUTION: The sealing material composition comprises 20-30 wt% of a butyl rubber a rubber base material; 10-20 wt% of a petroleum resin having C5 and 5-10 wt% of polybutene as an adhesive strength imparting agent; 30-40 wt% of calcium carbonate as a filler; 2-4 wt% of dimethyldithiocarbamate as a heat stabilizer; and 4-6 wt% of carbon black and 1-2 wt% of white carbon as a coloring agent. The butyl sealing material(10) is prepared by extrusion molding the composition with inserting sponge foam(20) as a core material into the center simultaneously at 50-100 deg.C.
