摘要： PURPOSE: A method for preparing a molded product by using a natural cork and a thermoplastic rubber and a molded product prepared by the method are provided, to prepare a molded product showing the texture and physical properties similar to those of a natural cork. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (10) mixing 100 phr of styrene-butadiene-styrene, 50 phr of a paraffin oil and a small amount of a stabilizer to prepare a thermoplastic rubber; (20) mixing 100 phr of the obtained thermoplastic rubber(50) with 50-100 phr of a cork material(40) by using a mixer, melt extruding the mixture by using an extruder at a temperature of about 150 deg.C and cutting the extruded one with a cutter installed at the exit of the extruder to prepare granules(60); and (30) injecting the obtained granules(60) into an injector or extruder of 150 deg.C and molding it into a desired product.
