    • PURPOSE: Catalyst systems for the ziegler-natta-olefin-polymerization is provided. CONSTITUTION: Catalyst system contains an aluminum alkyl complex, magnesium chloride and/or silica as support, a catalyst selected from titanium and vanadium halides and internal and optionally also external donor(s).     • A method of polymerizing olefins is provided to suppress production of corpuscles with using the inexpensive catalyst, to improve productivity and to reduce the density of a polymer with using a small amount of alpha-olefin comonomer. A method of polymerizing olefins comprises the steps of: performing gas-phase polymerization of at least one olefin in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst; removing polymerization heat with passing the olefin through a polymerization region; and supplying circulation gas to maintain an equilibrium state of the polymerization region. The circulation gas is supplied in a liquid form to a polymerization reactor. The olefin polymerization catalyst comprises an organometallic compound represented by chemical formula 1: M^1R^1_lR^2_mR^3_n or R^2_mR^3_nM^1R^1_l-Q-R^1_lM^1R^2_mR^3_; aluminoxane; and an organic transition metal compound represented by chemical formula 2: M^2R^4_pX_q.
