    • The present invention relates to a continuous manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing hydrate and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a process for continuously manufacturing hydrate by using batch or semibatch reactors utilizing pressure change. The continuous manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing hydrate comprises a plurality of reactors each of which includes gas for forming hydrate in a container and a hydrate-forming medium; a first valve for forming hydrate by supplying the hydrate-forming medium and the gas to the reactor through a pipe with an on/off control; a cold and hot circulation part which is attached to the outer wall of the reactor and cools the reactor with hydrate formed; and a gas-transferring valve transferring unreacted gas in the reactor to another reactor through a gas-transferring pipe and changing pressure for pressurization. The cold and hot circulation part is detached from the reactor by heating hydrate formed after pressure change. The pressure change is continuously and directly transferred to other reactors so a reactor for forming gas hydrate is pressurized. By the continuous manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing hydrate in the present invention, clogging by hydrate, which is caused in the conventional hydrate continuous process, can be removed, and gas-transition rate can be increased when hydrate is formed.     • The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing gas hydrate continuously and a method for manufacturing gas hydrate continuously, wherein the apparatus desorbs hydrate generated by heating the surface of metal instantly after forming the high-concentration gas hydrate by spraying a feed hydrate solution and a surfactant solution on the surface of the metal installed in a reactor. The apparatus for manufacturing gas hydrate continuously according to the present invention, which includes a reactor for forming hydrate, comprises a first valve connected to a feed hydrate solution tank for storing the feed hydrate solution and controlled on/off to supply the feed hydrate solution to the reactor; a second valve connected to a surfactant solution tank for storing the surfactant solution and controlled on/off to supply the surfactant solution to the reactor; and a reactor including a plurality of formation parts for forming hydrate using the feed hydrate solution and the surfactant solution sprayed in a hydration formation region through the first valve and the second valve. According to the apparatus for manufacturing gas hydrate continuously and the method for manufacturing gas hydrate continuously, a step for forming gas hydrate slurry and a dehydration step can be omitted by manufacturing high-concentration gas hydrate using a small amount of a surfactant.
