    • PURPOSE: A peanut type etchant spill module used in an apparatus for slimming a glass is provided to remove particles and scratches on a substrate due to deposition and bubble in an etching process or an etchant spraying process, by using a thin substrate. CONSTITUTION: A lower accommodating part(110) accommodates etchant flowed from the outside through an etchant inlet part(111). At least one upper accommodating part accommodates the etchant filling in the lower accommodating part. A fixing plate(170) is connected to the etchant inlet part. An etchant penetration slit is formed to allow the etchant to overflow in the uppermost surface. A guide part(150) is connected to the lower accommodating part and guides the etchant overflowing along the surface of the accommodating part in a vertical upper direction of a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing crystallized glass in which nepheline is main crystal phase using coal bottom ash comprises: obtaining the bottom ash having a constant particle size using plasticized coal bottom ash as a base material and sieving the plasticized bottom ash into the constant particle size; polishing the bottom ash by adding a plasticizer, sodium oxide(Na_2O), lithium oxide(Li_2O), and titanium dioxide(TiO_2) to the obtains bottom ash; and melting the bottom ash and molding the bottom ash at a constant temperature lower than a glass transition temperature.
