    • PURPOSE: An odor removal apparatus is provided to fundamentally block the generation of odor by removing the odor from a pollution source treatment process. CONSTITUTION: An odor removal apparatus includes a reactor (20), filtering layers (30a, 30b) a blower unit (73), a steam separator (60), a filtered water discharging unit (46), and a sludge discharging unit (49). An odor generation material and circulating gas is inserted into the reactor. The filtering layers are installed inside the reactor for conducting the organic acid fermentation between the odor generation material and the circulating gas. The blower unit circulates the circulating gas by being installed on the outside of the reactor. The steam separator inflows the evaporated circulating gas supplied from the reactor, and separates the organic acid condensed water. The filtered water which passed through the filtering layer is discharged through the filtered water discharging unit, and sludge which did not passed through the filtering layers is discharged through the sludge discharging unit.

    • PURPOSE: A vertically multi-staged vortex-based purifying system for organic wastewater is provided to improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment by generating vortex at a vortex generating section and increasing the contact time of wastewater and air. CONSTITUTION: A vertically multi-staged vortex-based purifying system for organic wastewater includes at least two vertical partitions(11), at least two horizontal partitions(12), and vortex inducing plates(14). The vertical partitions divide an aerating bath(100) into a plurality of waste treating blocks, and the waste treating blocks are upwardly-downwardly arranged. The waste treating blocks are divided into a plurality of sections by the horizontal partitions. The sections are connected based on water inlets/outlets(13). The vortex inducing plates are installed at the right lower sides of the water inlets/outlets. When wastewater upwardly moves, the vortex inducting plates induce wastewater to pass through the water inlets/outlets based on vortex. When the wastewater downwardly moves, the vortex inducing plates induce the wastewater to pass through the water inlets/outlets based on curved flow.
