    • PURPOSE: A graphene biomineral hybrid film and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to increase the viability of osteoblast by cultivating the osteoblast using the graphene biomineral hybrid film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene biomineral hybrid film includes the following steps: carbon dioxide is mixed with a solution containing a graphene oxide and calcium chloride; the mixture is filtered and dried to form a spherical graphene oxide-calcium carbonate(GO_CaCO_3) baterite; the spherical graphene oxide-calcium carbonate baterite is reduced to manufacture a graphene oxide-calcium carbonate(GOCaCO_3) hybrid film; and the thickness of the graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film is in a range between 50 and 300um.
    • 目的:提供石墨烯生物矿物杂合膜及其制造方法,以通过使用石墨烯生物矿物混合膜培养成骨细胞来增加成骨细胞的活力。 构成:石墨烯生物矿物混合膜的制造方法包括以下步骤:将二氧化碳与含有氧化石墨烯和氯化钙的溶液混合; 将混合物过滤并干燥以形成球形石墨烯氧化物 - 碳酸钙(GO_CaCO_3)贝类; 氧化球形氧化碳 - 碳酸钙颗粒被还原成制造石墨烯氧化物 - 碳酸钙(GOCaCO_3)混合膜; 并且氧化石墨烯 - 碳酸钙混合膜的厚度在50和300um之间的范围内。
