    • A carbon nanotube dispersion is provided to improve dispersibility of carbon nanotubes by containing a spacer preventing multi-forming and a dispersing agent having debundling of the carbon nanotube dispersion and stability and be simply prepared without separate chemical treatment. A carbon nanotube dispersion comprises 0.001-5wt% of carbon nanotubes, 0.001-5wt% a spacer, 0.001-10wt% of a dispersing agent, and the balance of an organic solvent. The carbon nanotube dispersion is prepared by the steps of: separating the carbon nanotubes using the spacer; and dispersing the carbon nanotubes using the dispersant. The spacer is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C7-30 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compounds and substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 heterocyclic aromatic compounds.
