摘要： PURPOSE: A high efficiency cargo handling gear is provided to exactly install a shovel blade to a freight car by cubically moving large and small trolleys, to conveniently and efficiently perform a cargo working by exactly setting the shovel blade on a right position and crushing objectives with a breaker, and to improve working efficiency by operating a large sized cargo handling device with only one operator by disposing a rotary operation room. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency cargo handling gear is composed of a guide rod(5) installed in the direction of a freight car rail by preparing a large moving trolley(1) designed to a space in which two rows of the freight cars are entered; a guide rail(501) mounted at the upper end of the guide rod to place a driving wheel(3) installed at the four sides of the large moving trolley on the guide rail and rotate the large moving trolley on the guide rod by connecting a gear attached to a driving shaft(301) with a driving gear(201) of a motor(2) and a chain belt; two connecting rods mounted to a through-hole part of the large moving trolley being perpendicular to the rail; a guide rail attached on each connecting rod, after then a driving wheel(8) of a small trolley(7) placed to guide the small trolley to the guide rail, wherein the small trolley is rotated by connecting a gear(802) attached to a driving-wheel shaft(801) with a driving shaft(901) of a motor(9) and a chain belt(902); rotary shafts(11) vertically disposed at both sides of the small trolley; a fixing plate(12) attached to the lower end of the rotary shaft; shovel blades(13) and a breaker installed to the fixing plate by a plurality of fluid pressure cylinders(123,124) and articulated connecting rods(121,122); a supporting plate(103) installed between rails at which the small trolley is mounted; and an operation room(15) installed in the middle of the supporting plate, wherein a swivel chair is installed.
