    • An automatic leveling control system of the heavy equipment and a control method thereof are provided to prevent an upper revolving body from being unsteadily inclined and overturned by automatically leveling an upper revolving body. An automatic leveling control system of the heavy equipment is composed of an input unit(10) commanding the leveling of an upper revolving body, a sensor unit(20), a display unit(30), a control unit(40), and a driving unit(50). The sensor unit each measures a torsion angle of a lower frame and a torsion angle of an upper revolving body by a pitching angle and a rolling angle and measures the running speed of the heavy equipment. The control unit transmits this control signal to the driving unit after producing a control signal by computing the operation section of an actuator for leveling control from the twist angle measured in the sensor unit. The driving unit controls leveling with the actuator after receiving the control signal.
