    • The present invention relates to a webbing winding apparatus capable of reducing vibration sensitivity of an inertial object in the vertical direction to a biaxial shaft and rotary direction that an acceleration sensor for an apparatus body rotates. In this state, if the sensor hole (110) more vibrates in the axial direction of the rotary shafts (142, 152), the sensor hole (110) is on the regulation surfaces (100, 102) having an decline angle larger that the decline angle of the general surface. If the sensor hole (110) vibrates in the direction vertical to the axial direction of the rotary shafts (142, 152) on the general surface, the general surface (98) should be vibrated.
