    • 본 발명의 타이어 압력 모니터링 시스템(TPMS)의 타이어센서(TPS)는 타이어센서 하우징의 전면에 타이어 밸브가 분리 가능하고 각도 조절 가능하게 결합되는 바, 상기 타이어센서 하우징의 전면에 타이어 밸브 삽입 홀을 갖는 홀더 브라켓이 형성되고, 상기 타이어 밸브의 끝단에 상기 밸브 삽입 홀 안에 삽입되는 삽입 헤드가 형성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 타이어센서 하우징의 전면에 타이어 밸브가 분리 가능하고 각도 조절 가능하게 결합되는 구조로, 타이어 밸브의 각도가 자유롭게 조절되어 승용차 및 상용차의 휠 형상이나 크기에 관계없이 범용으로 사용할 수 있다. 또, 휠의 형상이나 크기에 범용으로 사용할 수 있으므로 제조비용을 대폭 절감할 수 있어 타 경쟁사의 제품보다 월등한 경쟁력을 가질 수 있다. 또, 차량 주행 시 고속 회전과 그로 인한 관성운동에 대응하여 휠 밸브 홀에서 공기압 유출을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 타이어 탈/장착 시 파손되지 않도록 휠에 최대한 낮게 장착될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The air compressor for a vehicle comprises a case body in which the air compressor is installed. A rubber supplement tank containing the liquid rubber is coupled to an exhaust manifold of the air compressor by an air inlet pipe of a cover. The serial connection hose is connected to a rubber outlet pipe of the cover. A connection pipe having a safety protection structure is arranged in the other end of the serial connection hose to prevent the pollution of users or products due to the eruption of the liquid rubber.

    • A tire sensor valve is provided to enhance a coupling force thereof relative to a rim of a wheel by inserting a projection of a tire sensor into a linear coupling groove formed in a head of a valve body. A tire sensor valve comprises a valve body(110) and a tire sensor(120). The valve body is bent to facilitate an air injection and is formed with an air injection hole. A linear coupling groove is formed in the middle of a head(112) of the valve body such that the tire sensor is attached while crossing a discharging port(112b) of the air injection hole. The tire sensor includes a housing on which electronic circuit devices are mounted and a coupling part(124) to which the valve body is coupled. The coupling part is formed with a coupling projection which is inserted into the linear coupling groove.

    • PURPOSE: An air charging apparatus of wheel is provided to temporarily use a punctured tire by filling the tire with the rotation of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: An air charging apparatus of wheel contains a cylinder(100), a tub(110), a crankshaft(120), a channel(122), a link(130), a piston(140), a wheel bracket(150), a crankshaft bracket(160), a tube(170) and a valve connecting pipe(172). The tub is connected to the cylinder and the tub rotatively installs the crankshaft with the channel inside. The link is reciprocated by the rotation of the crankshaft and the piston is rectilinearly reciprocated by the reciprocation of the link in the cylinder. The wheel bracket is coupled with a vehicle wheel by a bolt and a welding and the crankshaft bracket is coupled with the wheel bracket in one end of the crankshaft. The tube connects an air vent hole(104) and the channel and the valve connecting pipe is connected to a tire valve from the channel. Then, air is filled into a punctured tire through the valve connecting pipe, the channel and the tube from the air vent hole.

The washer is inserted into the tire valve and supports the rubber seal. The fastening nut is connected to the male screw of the tire valve. The receiver receives a radio signal related to the air pressure of the tire at the tire sensor housing.

External air is sucked into the suction pipe by opening the control valve in lowering pressure of the tire, and collected to the storage tank through the transfer pipe after being compressed by the turbine. The constant pressure of the tire is kept by injecting compressed air into the tire through the nozzle.
