    • PURPOSE: A tension controllable roll coating device is provided to perform a coating work for various thickness by more rapidly and precisely controlling the tension of an object which is coated by a coating roll. CONSTITUTION: A tension controllable roll coating device(1) comprises a coated material transfer unit (100), a dispenser unit (200), a tension control coating unit (300), a coated material drying unit (400), an infeed unit (500), tension detection units (510,520), and a meandering prevention guide unit (700). The coated object transfer unit includes a winding-out roll which supplies a coated object, and a winding roll which winds and stores the coated object (W) complete with coating. The tension control coating unit controls coating thickness by controlling tension which is applied through the dispenser unit to the coated object and by changing a contact state between a rotating coating roll dipped in ink and the coated object. The coated object drying unit is arranged on the outlet of the tension controllable coating unit, and successively dries the coated object by using hot air, ultraviolet rays, and infrared rays. The infeed unit controls tension of the coated object which is dried and supplied to the winding roll. The tension detection units are positioned on the inlet and the outlet of the infeed unit respectively, and transfer a tension signal of the coated object which is detected on a corresponding position.
