    • PURPOSE: A double-extruded panel manufacturing device and method, and a double-extruded panel are provided to freely form various products of synthetic resin by replacing outlet blocks with desired size. CONSTITUTION: A double-extruded panel manufacturing device comprises a hollow forming member(44), a chamber-type vacuum device, a tunnel-type cooler(60), a track-type drawing device(70), a standard cutting device(80), and a stacking die(90). A plurality of partitions(45) is installed in a guide hole(42) of a front internal body of a mold(40) and a plurality of hollow forming members is installed in the partitions. The chamber-type vacuum device cools the synthetic resin, which is extruded from the mold, to be flat, and the chamber-type vacuum device comprises a sizing device, a vacuum suction portion, and water jetting nozzles. The tunnel-type cooler hardens a double-extruded bottom material which is transferred from the chamber-type vacuum device, and the tunnel-type cooler has a plurality of support rollers and a plurality of nozzles. The track-type drawing device draws out the hardened synthetic resin panel. The standard cutting device cuts the double-extruded bottom material into the predetermined length. The cut synthetic resin panel is loaded in the stacking die.
