摘要： PURPOSE: A rubber band manufacturing device is provided to keep high transparency by extruding thinly liquid containing urethane and cold-ironing the liquid and to naturally match with any colors of bodies by automatically slicing the completely-finished products at a predetermined width and packing the products at predetermined length. CONSTITUTION: A rubber band manufacturing device(A) extrudes urethane liquid into plate-shape half-finished products through a nozzle(30) installed at a discharge side of a heating pipe(21), produces completely-finished products by cooling and drying the extruded half-finished products through a cooling unit(40) and a drying unit, and packs the products sliced by a cutting unit(60) mounted on a frame(61) in a packing unit(90). A foreign material removing unit(35) functioning as a valve is installed between the nozzle and the discharge side of the heating pipe. The cooling unit has plural rollers(43) mounted between brackets(41,41'). The cooling water is inserted or discharged through an inlet(46) and an outlet(47) arranged at both sides by making the inside of the rollers hollow. The drying unit is a fan connected to a motor at the side of the roller and has a grille installed on the upper part to hold constantly the discharge direction. The cutting unit comprises plural blades(65) formed on one surface of a hinge plate(64).

摘要： PURPOSE: A casting device and a thermoplastic resin sheet manufacturing method using the casting device improve the cooling method of a melted extrusion sheet, thereby making a film having no surface defection. CONSTITUTION: An air knife(10) is mounted on a surface where a water spring from a die(50) for cooled water and a high temperature sheet contacts to provide a low temperature cooled air to the outside surface of a sheet. Water stained on a sheet surface and a casting drum(30) is removed by a suction roll(70). The low temperature cooled air restrains the generation of vapor. Thus, a thick film is manufactured without any trouble.

The shaft seal bearing part comprises a first shaft seal part(32), a second shaft seal part(34) between the first shaft seal part and the cylinder, and a gas inlet part(36) flowing gas into the second shaft seal part. The shaft seal bearing part has a gap as a flowing path, between the inner wall of the through hole, and the surface of the shaft part of the screw. Gas, which is inserted into the second shaft seal part through the gas inlet part, is discharged to the inside of the cylinder through the gap of the shaft bearing part.

摘要： A device for controlling the flow of plastics material, heated until flowable, through a housing, in particular a filtering device or a direction-control device for the plastics material, comprises a flow channel extending through the housing, and a plunger of circular cross-section longitudinally displaced in a bore of the housing transversely to the longitudinal direction of the flow channel. The plunger crosses the flow channel. An unslotted scraper ring is mounted outside the housing on a portion of the plunger projecting from the housing and is held by a stop so that the plunger is displaceable relative to the scraper ring. The inner diameter (d2) of the scraper ring is smaller than the diameter (d0) of the bore of the housing and also smaller than the diameter (d1) of the end of the plunger portion remote from the housing in the coldest operating state of that plunger portion. The scraper ring is always pretensioned on the plunger portion and therefore reliably scrapes off leaked material adhering to and carried by the plunger when the latter moves out of the housing.
