    • PURPOSE: An injection molding device is provided to form a hole without preparing an inclination for the hole by ejecting an article after separating a cooling plate from an inner wall of the hole. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding device includes a mold having a predetermined shape, a cooling rod(20) inserted into one end of the mold, a cooling rod supporter(30) installed at both ends of the cooling rod(20), a cooling plate moving device(40) installed at a peripheral portion of a cooling plate so as to push or pull the cooling plate, and a cooling water feeding pipe(50) for circulating cooling water through the cooling rod. The cooling rod(20) is formed to cool material injected into the mold. The cooling rod supporter(30) supports both ends of the cooling rod(20) so as to allow the cooling rod(20) to be easily inserted/released into/from the mold.

    • PURPOSE: A method of molding an airbag-door separating line using an in-mold blade is provided to prevent a separating line from becoming externally exposed since when part of the separating line is filled with resin, curvature is not formed. CONSTITUTION: A method of molding an airbag-door separating line using an in-mold blade(140) is as follows. In an injection mold, the completion time of resin flow of the airbag-door separating line is recognized. A resin arriving signal is transferred to a blade operating unit, which operates the in-mold blade. When the in-mold blade corresponding to the resin arriving signal moves forth, the in-mold blade moves forth. When the resin is blocked and pressure holding starts, the in-mold blade finishes moving forth. Before pressure holding is finished, the in-mold blade moves back. When cooling begins, the in-mold blade finishes moving back.

    • An injection molding die has gates for injecting a melted material to a cavity.
