摘要：２차 성형으로 일체화된 트라이포드 부트를 변형시키지 않고 코어로부터 부드럽게 제거할 수 있는 제조 효율이 우수한 저가의 제조장치와 제조방법, 및 수지제 등속 조인트용 부트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
이를 위해, 1차 성형된 수지제 부트 본체를 외측에서 유지하는 분할금형과, 부트 본체를 내측에서 유지하는 코어와, 코어와 타단측 환상체결부 사이에 형성되는 ２차 성형공간에 용융 수지재료를 사출 충전하는 러너(runner)기구와, 타단측 환상체결부의 내주에 두께가 다른 부분이 일체적으로 ２차 성형된 트라이포드 부트를 코어로부터 제거하는 돌출기구를 구비하고 있다. 돌출기구에는 러너기구의 게이트를 회피한 위치에 복수의 이젝터(ejector)가 형성되어 있고, 이들 이젝터로부터 트라이포드 부트의 타단측 환상체결부의 하단면으로 돌출 힘을 작용시킴으로써, 트라이포드 부트를 코어에서 안정적으로 부드럽게 제거한다.

CONSTITUTION: A mold for hiding a parting line of a molded product comprises a fixing plate(2), an upper mold(4), a lower mold(6), and a driving plate(7). A hook rotating block(17) is installed at one side of the lower mold. The upper and lower surfaces of the hook rotating block are inclined to the lower direction and the middle surface is formed in a flat surface. When the molded product is lowered for separating, the upper mold fixes the molded product until the molded product is completely separated from the lower mold and therefore an exposed part of the molded product can be prevented to be damaged by the upper mold.
