The mixing chamber has a mixing space(361) and a high pressure water inflow path(363). The mixing space is communicated with the jet flow path. A polishing liquid spraying path(371) of the nozzle is formed in a straight line with polishing liquid spray flow path. The upper end of the nozzle fixing unit is combined in the nozzle fixing unit placing unit.
