    • PURPOSE: A tape cleaner cutter, a cut line forming device using the same, and a tape cleaner are provided to ensure that used adhesive tape of a tape cleaner is stably peeled off without tearing because a cut line is formed in different positions on each layer of the taper cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A tape cleaner cutter(10) comprises a fixing member(11), a shaft(13), and a cutting member(14). The fixing member has a bearing inside. The shaft is supported in the bearing, allowed to rotate, and extended to the outside of the fixing member. The cutting member comprises a cylindrical cutting body(15) which is coupled to the shaft and a circular cutting blade(16) which is protruded on the periphery of the cutting body. When the cutting member moves along the axis of a tape cleaner, a cut line is formed on the tape cleaner by the rotation of the cutting blade.
