The blade paper portion comprises a plurality of unit blade papers(31). The unit blade papers are overlapped in one side of the body panel according to the circumference. Each end part of unit blade papers is coupled with one side of the body panel through the adhesive. The phenol resin containing a plurality of diamond particles is formed in one side of fiber at the high temperature and pressure mold. The compressed and molded member are cut to the setting size. The unit blade papers are formed.

    • A cartridge type grinding wheel is provided to reduce maintenance costs by permitting a holder and a cover to be easily separated from each other and permitting a unit member to be independently removed from the holder. A cartridge type grinding wheel(1) includes a unit member(20), a holder(10), and a cover(30). The unit member is formed by a plurality of members(21) which are cut from a grinding member or a polishing member. The holder has holes for insertion of the unit members. The cover is jointed to the holder so as to tighten the unit members. The hole of the holder has a tapered inclined surface. The unit member has one side tightened by a square C-shaped tightening member(22) having a tapered inclined surface. The holder and the cover are coupled with each other through a fitting member(40) so as to prevent the unit members from being escaped from the holes of the holder.
