      본 고안에 따르면, 볼캐스터와 에어 밸트샌더를 이용하여 보다 쉽고 정확하게 홀 내경 또는 패널 외경을 연마할 수 있어 생산성이 향상되고, 작업공수가 줄어들며, 작업시간이 단축되고, 작업의 안전성이 확보되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The first processing unit processes a junction(102b) of the large flange. The first position adjusting member adjusts the position of the first processing to be connected with the junction of the large flange. The second processing unit processes the diameter surface of the large flange. The second position adjusting member controls the position of the second processing unit to contact to the diameter surface of the large flange.

The work piece is ground by the rotation of the headstock and the rotating part.
