    • PURPOSE: A laser manufacturing apparatus for a breathable film and a laser manufacturing method thereof are provided to synchronize the moving velocity of the film and the pulse irradiating timing of a divided pulse laser in order to repeat a groove process on an identical groove, thereby increasing the depth of the groove. CONSTITUTION: A laser manufacturing method for a breathable film divides a pulse laser and processes multiple grooves(G1,G2,G3,G4,G5) with irradiating the divided pulse lasers(L1,L2,L3,L4,L5) on a moving film(F) at regular distances. The velocity of the moving film is controlled so that the groove adjacent to the corresponding groove processed by the corresponding divided pulse laser is repeatedly processed the corresponding divided pulse laser. The velocity of the moving film is controlled so that a timing in which the adjacent groove is placed on the irradiation path of the corresponding divided pulse laser is synchronized with a timing in which the corresponding divided pulse laser is irradiated. The pulse laser is a femtosecond laser or an ultraviolet laser.     • A laser beam switching apparatus and a laser machining device are provided to selectively switch an input laser beam into at least one of a first output laser beam and/or a second output laser beam. A beam dividing member(115) spatially divides an input laser beam(110) into a first part beam(120a) and a second part beam(120b). A beam superposing member(135) spatially superposes two part beams, and converts two part beams into a first output laser beam(140a) and/or a second output laser beam(140b). An optical drive member(170) is disposed on the first part beam in such a way that an optical pass distance of the first part beam is varied between the beam dividing member and the beam superposing member. Intensity of two output laser beams is varied depending upon relative phase shift between two part beams.
