    • Provided is an apparatus for automatically aligning and cutting steel bars which includes a staircase type separating and supplying device including a fixed step unit having a plurality of steps becoming narrower toward an upper side to separate a plurality of steel bars supplied from a supply stand into pieces and a driving step unit selectively moved in a vertical direction between the fixed step unit; an inclined guide frame selectively connected to a step at an upper end portion of the staircase type separating and supplying device, and disposed to be more downward toward a rear direction in a preset inclined angle while in a mounted state, wherein a rear end portion of the inclined guide frame is hinged to a rotating means adjusting the inclined angle so that the inclined guide frame rotates; an inclined locking step having a restraining step protruded more upward than an upper surface of the inclined guide frame in the mounted state to restrain the movement of the steel bars in the width direction and an inclined upper surface portion more inclined downward toward the rear direction, and disposed at a rear end portion of the inclined guide frame; a counting sensor disposed at a front side of the inclined guide frame to detect the number of steel bars separated in pieces and passed; an incoming conveyor connected to the rear end portion of the inclined guide frame and having a conveyor transferring the introduced steel bars in the longitudinal direction as the inclined guide frame is rotated upward toward a cutting portion; and a control unit stopping the operation of the staircase type separating and supplying device and increasing the inclined angle of the inclined guide frame when the number of steel bars detected by the counting sensor reaches a preset number.

CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting a cast iron pipe comprises a frame(10), a plurality of rotation rollers(30), and a carrier roller. When the cast iron pipe(P) is settled in the carrier roller, a cutting position of the cast iron pipe can be accurately matched with the position of a cutter by manually moving the cast iron pipe in a longitudinal direction. If the cutting position of the cast iron pipe is determined, the carrier roller descends by a cylinder and the cast iron pipe is settled to the rotation roller. If the rotation roller is rotated by a rotation driving member, the cast iron pipe is rotated and is cut by the cutter.
