    • A punch press system is provided to reduce contact impact and noise by reducing instantaneous relative velocity at which die faces or an upper die and blank holders come in contact each other. In a punch press system, a lower punch(1) having a lower sectional shape of an article panel is mounted to a bolster(3) of the lower part, and blank holders(7) are mounted to the bolster through cushion pins(5) to the outside of the lower punch. An upper die(11) having an upper sectional shape of the article panel is mounted to a slider(9) of the upper part on of the lower punch, to press a panel put between the lower punch and the upper die and to form the article panel. An advanced push unit is installed between the lower end of the outer edge of the upper die and the outside of the blank holders, to reduce the instantaneous relative velocity at which each die face(19,15) of the upper die and the blank holders is connected.

    • PURPOSE: A press mold is provided to easily manufacture a panel product and to reduce manufacturing cost by equalizing force for holding a blank. CONSTITUTION: In a press mold including a blank holder(11) and a cushion pin installed at a lower die and contacting with the blank holder, a vertical position control member(10) is installed at the lower part of the blank holder. A sensing member(20) is mounted to the front end of the vertical position control member, and detects contact with the cushion pin. The vertical position control member includes a driving motor(13), a guide member(15) vertically installed at the lower part of the blank holder, and a slide member(17) coupled to the driving motor and moving along the guide member.
