    • A fluid coating method and a fluid coating apparatus for performing the same are provided to contact the fluid with a water film plate to form a water film having a continuous flow and transfer the substrate to the water film to coat a fluid, such as a photoresist solution or a developing solution, on a substrate uniformly. A substrate transfer part(110) has transfer rollers(114) for transferring a substrate. A slit nozzle(200) is disposed above the transfer rollers to inject a fluid onto the substrate. A fluid coating method comprises injecting the fluid, forming the water film having the continuous flow by treating the injected fluid, and transferring the substrate to the water film to coat the fluid on the substrate.
