    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for recovering NMP from waste liquid are provided to simplify the processes thereof and easily operate the device by operating the opening and closing of each valve step by step. CONSTITUTION: A device for recovering NMP from waste liquid comprises a heat exchanger(61), a first evaporator(30), an NMP concentration unit and a collection unit. The heat exchanger pre-heats NMP waste liquid through a first connection pipeline, and the first evaporator evaporates the steam from the pre-heated waste liquid and discharges the stream. The NMP concentration unit receives the waste liquid which is not evaporated in the first evaporator, circulates the stream through the first evaporator, and concentrates the waste liquid until the NMP reaches the predetermined concentration. The collection unit collects the NMP from the stream discharged from the NMP concentration unit.

    • 본 고안은 유기용매가스 회수장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 고안은 통상의 진공펌프 및 유기용매가스 회수부를 포함한 통상의 유기용매가스 회수장치에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가스 회수부(60)를 진공펌프(40)의 배출구쪽에 설치하여 진공펌프(40)를 경유한 유기용매가스가 유기용매가스 회수부(60)에 용이하게 회수 처리될 수 있도록 한 구조이다.
      본 고안은 실험실에서 진공펌프를 이용하여 감암농축 실험하는 과정에서 발생되는 유기용매가스 회수 처리에 있어서, 매우 신속하게 처리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 90%이상의 유기용매가스 처리가 가능하여 종래의 유기용매가스 회수장치와 비교하여 월등한 처리효율을 나타내게 되며 유기용매가스 회수부가 진공펌프의 뒤쪽에 설치되기 때문에 상기 진공펌프의 강한 흡입력에 영향없이 유기용매가스를 냉각 액화를 용이하게 실시할 수 있어 수질오염방지 및 실내공기질을 개선으로 인한 실험의 효율성을 높일 수 있게 되는 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized in that tanks a, b, c, d and e are sequentially installed from upper left side to lower right side so that distilled water is manufactured by minimum energy and simple process, a float switch is mounted on the tank 'a' for temporarily storing raw water, i.e., water for distilling so that water automatically flows down from the tank 'a' to the tank 'b' by keeping water level of the tank 'b' constant, water level of the tanks 'b' and 'c' is automatically controlled by connecting a lower part of the tank 'b' to that of the tank 'c' so that water is circulated between the tanks 'b' and 'c', a cooler(3) is mounted on the tank 'd' to liquefy the vapor by colliding vapor with the cooler, water liquefied in the cooler of the tank 'd' is dropped to the tank 'e' so that the liquefied water is stored in the tank 'e' and discharged from the tank 'e', and a catch drain of the tank 'e' is formed in a tank shape so that air pressure inside the tank is controlled by atmospheric pressure, and water overflows the tank so as to be discharged, an upper part of the tank 'c' is connected to that of the tank 'd' so that the upper part of the tanks 'c', 'd' and 'e' forms one space, and air in the space is exhausted to the outside through an air vent(4) formed on the tank 'd' so that the vacuum state is kept in the space, vaporization and liquefaction are proceeded by low quantity of heat in the vacuum state, i.e., low atmospheric pressure state, and water is vaporized and liquefied automatically and continuously.

    • PURPOSE: A method for producing fresh water from salt water is provided, which is characterized in that process for heat exchanging and process for evaporating are repeated in vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum system(8) is installed in the evaporating device to make vacuum state at -670 mmHg, and a device for heat exchanging is installed to heat the salt water up to 49°C.
